Founded in 1998, Fujian Jianshi Electric Power Line Materials Co., Ltd. is located in the seaside city—Quanzhou in south-east China, with the registered capital of 15 million RMB. The total area is around 233,450 square meters, and there are 737 skilled workers in the company. Our business lines covers all kinds of angle steel or tubular towers for power transmission, telecommunication, TV/radio broadcasting, drilling well tower, and similar steel structures for substation, plant workshop etc. The maximum monthly production ability amounts to 8,000 tons. Now it ranks as the top ten tower manufacturer in China steel tower industries.

We have 8 CNC(Computer Numerical Control) angle production lines, 3 CNC plate production line, a double unit bender, a CNC Intersection Cutting Machine, a Automatic Arc-submerging Welder and 2 sets of automated temperature control hot-dip galvanization line (the length of the spelter bath up to 13 meter).Because of our powerful strength, we obtained 220KV power transmission line tower production license in 1999 and that of 500KV in 2002, and passed through the ISO 9001:2000 (Quality Management System Certification) in 2001.

Our motto is --Quality is the life blood of the company, therefore, We, Fujian Jianshi, have been  making every effort to provide high quality products. On the one hand, AUTO-CAD and prototype  software are applied in prototype to ensure the precision of workshop drawings. A sample tower will be made for inspection before mass production. In mass production, we adopt advanced ERP management software to monitor the precise manufacturing progress of towers, to ensure each piece qualified. On the other hand, to ensure that raw materials and our finish products meet with the ASTM or ISO standards, we equip our mechanical and chemical Labs with modern facilities, so that many routine experiments, such as bearing stress, Preece test, stripping test and Five-element’s analysis, V-Charpy impact test, Ultrasonic Thickness Detection etc, can be carried out smoothly. 

The “Jianshi” brand steel tower sells well both at home and abroad. It is the qualified supplier of the China State Grid, Fujian Power Grid, Guangdong Power Grid, China Southern Power Grid. Besides, we have been exporting products to Bangladesh(Desco), Sudan, the Philippines(Transco),  India(Reliance), Sri Lanka (Lanka Bell), Ghana(Mafi), Indonesia(PLN) and many other countries.
